KART CHAMPION TAKES ON THE WORLD

One of the biggest events on the world karting calendar will take place in Italy this October, 13th-16th.
Known as the ROK Cup Superfinal, aspiring drivers from around the globe will pit their skills against each other at the South Garda circuit in the town of Lonato, in Northern Italy.
Representing Australia is the current KA4 champion Alex Ninovic who was approved by the NSW Education Department to travel during and outside school activities. At 14 years of age, this will be Alex’s second time contesting this prestigious event where in 2019, he was the highest placed Australian.
Sponsored by leading Italian Kart manufacturer PCR, Alex Ninovic will have two factory prepared machines at his disposal. The owner of PCR Daniele Pignatelli said “We are delighted to again have Alex Ninovic representing our kart brand at the ROK Cup Superfinal on home soil”. “His achievements in Australia are amazing giving PCR a powerful presence down under” said Pignatelli.
With some 500 entries from around the world competing, Alex Ninovic returns to Italy with a lot more experience under his belt. “Over the past two years my dad and I have raced at tracks around Australia winning back to back titles”. “With a broader understanding of Kart tuning and setup, this has given us added speed and winning results” says Alex Ninovic.
